Elastomeric White Roof Coating
Pro-Grade 280 is a premium water-based 100% acrylic latex coating that can be applied to a variety of properly prepared surfaces including: previously coated roofs, asphalt emulsion, new or aged smooth asphalt Built-Up Roofing (BUR), mod-bit, aged EPDM, Hypalon® and PVC single-ply, metal, concrete, and new and previously-coated polyurethane roofs.

Pro-Grade 280 Elastomeric White Roof Coating is a water-based 100% acrylic latex coating. It is designed to reflect solar radiation
and reduce roof surface temperature, which helps lower interior temperatures as well as energy costs. Properly applied, it is highly
resistant to disbonding, chalking, mildew, fungi, and discoloration and helps extend the roof’s life cycle. For professional use only.
