Blueskin® SA HPX, (self-adhered, high-performance extreme) is a next-generation, air, vapor, and water-resistive barrier engineered to perform under extreme conditions, including wide temperature ranges. The integrated barrier enhances energy efficiency while protecting against moisture intrusion.

Product Details
Blueskin® SA HPX is a self-adhered membrane that facilitates efficient installation while providing durable and continuous protection. Its proprietary pressure-sensitive adhesive achieves full adhesion to common building substrates, including in low-temperature conditions, and often without requiring a primer. Aggressive adhesion and tight lap integrity create a smooth, fluid-applied look while delivering exceptional air and water tightness. It is designed to maintain air, water, and vapor control continuity and perform under pressure, movement, and environmental exposure.
Blueskin® SA HPX supports above-grade wall assemblies, including curtain wall systems, masonry and cavity wall construction, and mixed-material substrates with complex geometries. It adheres to a wide range of substrates, including concrete, CMU, gypsum sheathing, OSB, plywood, metal, foam insulation, EPDM and TPO roof membranes, often without the need for primer. The membrane eliminates the need for mixing or curing delays. Its strong initial tack enables immediate bonding, while shingle-style laps promote effective water shedding, and detailing at penetrations, transitions, and joints is simplified. Offered in 75 ft (22.86 m) rolls of 36 in (91 cm), 18 in (46 cm), 12 in (30 cm), 9 in (23 cm), 6 in (15 cm) and 4 in (10 cm) widths.
Blueskin® SA HPX integrates seamlessly with Henry® air barrier solutions, including Air-Bloc®, Barritech™, Blueskin®, CCW-705, and R2+ Polyiso, and is available in flashing sizes for fenestrations, sheathing joints, transitions, and detailing.
