CCW-705 XLT is a self-adhered water resistive air barrier consisting of an extra-tacky SBS rubberized asphalt compound, which is integrally laminated to a blue cross-laminated HPDE film. It is specifically designed to be self-adhered to a prepared substrate providing an air, vapor and water resistive barrier in full wall applications or as penetration/flashing membrane with other air barrier systems.

CCW-705 XLT is designed for use as a self-adhered air, vapor and water resistive barrier in above-grade walls. It can also be used as a transition sheet in conjunction with Henry® Air-Bloc® and Barritech™ fluid applied air barriers in details such as rough openings, angle changes, joints, transitions and terminations. CCW-705 XLT can also be used as a self-adhered flashing for providing an air and watertight seal around openings, over joints, over transitions and at terminations in wall assemblies. The product is installed to fully supported, opaque wall substrates and covered with a code-approved exterior cladding or thermal barrier.
