Sure-Seal® Pressure Sensitive EPDM Cover Strip is an 88-mil (2.2 mm) thickness flexible, self-adhered flashing consisting of 60 mil (1.5 mm) non-reinforced EPDM coated with 28 mils (0.7mm) of synthetic rubber pressure sensitive adhesive. Product has a release liner which is peeled away to expose the adhesive, then product is pressed in place over prepared substrates.
Sure-Seal® Pressure Sensitive EPDM Cover Strip is designed for use in joints, transitions and terminations in Henry® building envelope systems. Product can be used as depicted in Henry® architectural details in the following applications:
- Transition of Henry wall air/water resistive barrier systems to EPDM, TPO or PVC single ply roofing
- Transition of Henry wall air/water resistive barrier systems to Henry® waterproofing systems
- Transition of Henry waterproofing systems to EPDM, TPO or PVC single ply roofing
- Construction joints and terminations in Henry wall air/water resistive barrier systems and Henry® waterproofing systems
