RE: Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Supplier Communication

Dear Henry Supplier:

Henry Company LLC is closely monitoring developments related to COVID-19. Our goal is to protect the health, safety, and well-being of our community, from our employees and their families to the suppliers and partners with whom we work. As a result, we would like to communicate some important guidelines moving forward to help promote the health and well-being of our entire community.

In order to help reduce the risk of exposure and spread of COVID-19, Henry has banned all business-related international travel, excluding travel to Canada. While domestic travel remains unrestricted, Henry employees are highly encouraged to limit any non-business critical travel.

We also are restricting supplier and visitor access to Henry sites by anyone who has recently been to Level 2 or Level 3 advisory or restricted countries as identified by the CDC (currently China, Italy, South Korea, and Iran). Also, please note that visitors to Henry locations may be subject to a visitor screening (questionnaire) to assess the potential risk of COVID-19 exposure prior to entering any of our facilities.

We ask our suppliers, contractors and other partners to please conduct your business with Henry by phone, email or other virtual technology methods whenever possible and practicable. In case of an emergency that requires your presence in person or if you have any questions, please contact your Henry Procurement / Supply Chain Management representative.

We deeply value our relationship with you and are committed to doing everything we can to help keep all of us safe. We will continue to closely monitor and follow the guidance of the CDC and other public health experts.

From everyone at Henry, we wish you all the very best health and safety for you and your families.

Sincerely,

Vic Patel
