Liquid-Applied Waterproofing Membrane

Liquiseal 703 liquid-applied membrane is a two-component polyurethane waterproofing system. It is self-curing, forming a seamless, impermeable coating that bonds tightly to an appropriate substrate, preventing the lateral transfer of water.

Product Details

Liquiseal 703 is available in two viscosities (H & V) for application to Horizontal and Vertical surfaces. Typical applications are between structural slab and wearing course on parking garages, plaza decks, balconies, roof decks, terraces, mechanical equipment rooms, fountains, kitchens, wetrooms, malls and shower stalls. Liquiseal 703 is ideally suited for waterproofing below-grade foundation walls, tunnels, planters and other areas where seamless, elastomeric waterproofing is required.

Use Vertical Grade Liquiseal 703 for coating walls, vent pipes, air ducts or other vertical surfaces. Trowel-applied Vertical Grade Liquiseal 703 will not sag or slide down the walls so proper thickness is maintained top to bottom.

EXCELLENT BASE LAYER SUBSTRATE

When used as a first course, this reinforced membrane creates a uniform, pinhole-free layer that serves as an excellent substrate for the monolithic hot-applied layer.
DURABLE REINFORCED FLASHING

As a flashing for the 790-11 Hot Rubber System, the membrane combines the strength of a woven mesh with the self-adhering, elastomeric properties of rubberized asphalt—resulting in a long-lasting, reinforced flashing.
SEAMLESS, TENACIOUS BONDS

The membrane adheres tenaciously to the 790-11 Hot-Applied Membrane and to the primed substrate. The 790-11 then bonds with the mesh, ensuring a seamless, waterproof condition

The inherent durability and heat-resistant properties of the mesh ensures the integrity of the membrane when the 790-11 Hot-Applied Membrane is installed over it
