Henry HE026 – High Gloss Asphalt Coating is a cold-applied, non-fibered, liquid asphalt in a solvent system.  HE026 is intended for use as a substrate primer prior to paving applications. Henry's High Gloss Asphalt Coating is also ideal for damp proofing above and below grade exterior concrete and masonry walls and foundations that are thoroughly dry.
