What is PERMAX®?

PERMAX is a Resin Technology Company trade name for Sprayed Polyurethane Roofing and Insulation Systems.

Why use PERMAX Roofing?

PERMAX roofing systems have an excellent history for keeping buildings water tight (closed cell foam structure, expands to seal openings) with installations in service for over 27 years.

Applications on buildings with a variety of occupational uses including schools, office buildings, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, hospitals, food and beverage processing facilities, cool and cold storage facilities.

PERMAX roofing systems are renewable systems. They can be restored by an additional application of coating within 12 to 18 years on average after the original installation.

PERMAX roofing systems are light weight (typically 1 lb. per square foot) and are often used as reroofing systems. They are applied over existing roofs as defined in the model building codes.

They have been successfully used in all climate regions in the U.S. including the South West (hot humid summers/ moderate winters), Pacific Coast (hot, dry summers/wet cool winters, Northern Midwest (moderate to hot summers/very cold winters-snow & ice), East Coast (moderate to hot summers/cold & damp winters).

PERMAX roofing systems are fully adhered roof systems with excellent resistance to Wind-Uplift forces. They have survived severe weather phenomena in the South Eastern U.S. and severe hail storms in the Central plains states.
