What is PERMAX®?
PERMAX is a Resin Technology Company trade name for Sprayed Polyurethane Roofing and Insulation Systems. |
PERMAX roofing systems have an excellent history for keeping buildings water tight (closed cell foam structure, expands to seal openings) with installations in service for over 27 years. |
| Applications on buildings with a variety of occupational uses including schools, office buildings, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, hospitals, food and beverage processing facilities, cool and cold storage facilities. |
| PERMAX roofing systems are renewable systems. They can be restored by an additional application of coating within 12 to 18 years on average after the original installation. |
| PERMAX roofing systems are light weight (typically 1 lb. per square foot) and are often used as reroofing systems. They are applied over existing roofs as defined in the model building codes. |
| They have been successfully used in all climate regions in the U.S. including the South West (hot humid summers/ moderate winters), Pacific Coast (hot, dry summers/wet cool winters, Northern Midwest (moderate to hot summers/very cold winters-snow & ice), East Coast (moderate to hot summers/cold & damp winters). | PERMAX roofing systems are fully adhered roof systems with excellent resistance to Wind-Uplift forces. They have survived severe weather phenomena in the South Eastern U.S. and severe hail storms in the Central plains states. |
