SF302 - Synko-Flex Waterstop is a specially formulated non-swelling preformed joint sealant that provides a lasting, watertight bond to both fresh and cured concrete surfaces. SF302 - Synko-Flex Waterstop is a single- component, self-sealing adhesive compound, extruded in a square cross-section between two quick-release protective wrappers. It bonds to cured concrete surfaces and fuses with fresh concrete during the hydration and curing process to achieve a watertight seal within cold joints at the footing, walls and slabs on a wide variety of concrete structures. It does not rely on swelling to achieve its watertight seal and therefore, it is unaffected by rain or wet conditions which may occur prior to joint completion. SF302 - Synko-Flex also provides a simple long-term solution for effectively sealing pipes, sleeves, and collars which are embedded or cast into concrete walls or floor slabs.

(HF302) Hydro-Flex Waterstop is a preformed adhesive hydrophilic waterstop designed to swell in the presence of water providing a watertight seal in cold joints on concrete structures. This highly advanced product is made up of butyl rubber, polypropylene elastomers, hydrophilic fillers and placticizers providing a more uniform and controlled volumetric expansion upon contact with water. Hydro-Flex Waterstop is a self-adhesive and bonds to a wide variety of substrates. Its ability to swell, allows it to penetrate into poorly consolidated concrete surfaces.

SF312 - Synko-Flex FR Preformed Adhesive Waterstop is designed to control the ingress and egress of hydrocarbons and containing liquids at the control joints between concrete to concrete and concrete and dissimilar products. This product is an N.B.R. compound with polypropylene resins and other solvent resistant elastomers and plasticizers. Synko-Flex Waterstop FR is designed to provide a watertight seal of cold joints in a wide range of concrete structures where there is good potential for exposure to hydrocarbon liquids, including; residential and commercial basements, secondary containment structures, highway tunnels, concrete lined storm drainage and irrigation channels, pedestrian tunnels and below-grade walkways, below-grade parking garages, and wastewater treatment plants. SF312 - Synko-Flex Waterstop FR may also be used to seal around concrete, steel, PVC or HDPE pipe penetrations through concrete walls or floor slabs. SF311 - Synko-Flex Solvent Based Primer is a thin penetrating solution of select asphalt base in a petroleum solvent. The primer readily penetrates the pores and seals dusty concrete surfaces to provide an optimal surface for the adhesion and bonding of Synko-Flex and Hydro-Flex Waterstops . The primer is designed for application by brush.

SF300 - Synko-Flex Emulsion Primer is a thin penetrating solution of premium, mineral colloid asphalt emulsion. The primer readily penetrates the pores and seals dust concrete surfaces to provide an optimal surface for the adhesion and bonding of Synko-Flex or Hydro-Flex preformed adhesive waterstops. SF300 - Synko-Flex Emulsion Primer is odorless, environmentally safe and non-flammable in the wet state. Primer is designed for application by brush. SF300 - Synko-Flex Emulsion Primer may be applied on damp or "green" concrete surfaces.

(RN712) GS-702 ready-mix sewer joint compound is a bituminous sealer for concrete pipes. A homogenous mixture of asphalt, mineral filler, select fibers, and petroleum solvents. When properly applied, this product offers adhesive and cohesive properties. GS-702 is a smooth and uniform mixture. The material is of such consistency that it can readily be applied with a trowel or putty knife. GS-702 is capable of being exposed to below freezing temperatures. GS-702 is available in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.

RU116 Rub'R Nek External Concrete Joint Wrap is an elastomeric-based product. It is produced by a unique manufacturing process, which blends, extrudes and bonds synthetic elastomers and resins to a high strength plastic film. It is provided with a backing separator sheet for easy handling while keeping the bonding surface fresh, free of debris and is removed during application.
